Steven Harkin Design is not a big company. It’s just two people: Steven Harkin (designer and maker of all our bags) and Barbara Pani (me) writing this info for you, checking orders, emailing you, photographer, graphic designer, marketing student, social media copywriter and even THE BOSS (sometimes) commanding Steve to MAKE that bag – but most of the time supporting him and admiring his art.

SO….when you order a bag, forget the Amazon warehouse, dozens of staff and customer service personnel…. the two of us DO IT ALL! From cutting, glueing and stitching to quality control, packing and printing…

When will I get my bag?

All our bags are handmade by Steven Harkin. Since 2023, I have semi-retired and only make a few bags to order. 
This means that once you have placed your order, there is a minimum of 2 weeks before your bag is created. 

Shipping

Expect a least 3 weeks wait after you place your order.

Express Post services are available upon request. If products are unavailable then you will be informed within 2 working days. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to an unforeseen circumstance such as natural disaster, strike, transport complications etc.
